1. A Standard journey is classed as one pick up and one drop off (i.e from your home address or office to Airport or vice versa)
2. Ist Countycars does not except any responsibility in anyway for missed flights or departures for what ever reason i.e. Breakdowns ,accidents, traffic delays or adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances
3. Any passenger / passengers that does not wait for our driver due to any of the above conditions and take alternative transport ,we will not be held responsible for or any costs or refunds in any form or nature. however we do our up best in these conditions to get you to your destination .
4. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that correct information is given at the time of booking i,e correct pick up address , correct flight numbers, correct landing date and time Please do not give your return take off time or date we require your actual landing date and landing time in the uk. ( customers will be charged if we send out a vehicle and there is a no show at the pick up address or return address or Airport,)
5.If you have a delay please call the office as soon as you are aware of the delay especially short haul flights ,as your flight may only be one hour but we need to leave for instance ,collecting from Heathrow two hours before. we do monitor all customers flights however we cannot guarantee that flight information is correct, occasionally flights do not show up until at least half an hour before landing or as for Bristol not show at all.
6.Our driver will arrive at the Airport terminal three quarters of an hour after the plane has landed and meet you at Airport information at Heathrow T1 T3 T4 (Airport Information arrivals hall) Heathrow T5 we will meet you between the final exit doors and Costa Coffee in Arrivals Gatwick South and North (Airport Information arrivals hall) Stanstead ,Luton , In arrivals by final exit door Bristol , At the drop off/rapid pick up point in the short term car park. Exeter,Bournemouth,Southampton Meet in arrivals hall .
7. Promotions or Discounts The management have the right to withdraw or amend any promotions or discounts at any time and resort back to the original prices as advertised on our web site. All confirmed bookings made during the promotional or discounted time will be honoured even when booked in advance The credit card 3 % surcharge is not included in the promotion or discounted price The promotion / discounts only apply to online bookings made through our web site. Discount of 5% applies to customers paying by cash or credit card . Discount of 5% applies to Account customers on our standard 21 day payment policy that is payment received within the 21 days of invoice date. if payment is not received within the 21 days the price resorts back to our non promotional /discount price as advertised.
